Download (Most users will need both packages) NIRFAST-Slicer 2.0 Release notes (03/23/2018) NIRFAST-Matlab 9.1 Release notes (03/28/2018) NIRFAST, now built on the 3DSlicer platform, enables: Segment 3D medical images (DICOMS) to create numerical models for optical computation/image reconstruction. Model multi-wavelength and luminescence (fluorescence and bioluminescence) light propagation through tissues of arbitrary shapes in CW, time domain or frequency domain. Reconstruct optical images of chromophores, scatter parameters, or luminescent parameters from real or simulated data. Visualize recovered images in 3D and/or overlaid on standard medical images.
